Denys Panchenko: Classical Guitar Recital
Denys Panchenko is a distinguished Ukrainian guitarist, composer, and educator. He holds a Master’s degree from the Kharkiv National University of Arts named after I.P. Kotlyarevsky and has over 20 years of teaching experience as a leading methodologist at the Kharkiv Professional Music College. Throughout his career, he has mentored numerous students who have become laureates of a large number of national and international competitions.
As a concert guitarist, Denys is a laureate of several international competitions and regularly performs solo recitals across Ukraine. His repertoire ranges from classical works to his own contemporary compositions, marked by a modern and expressive style. He has appeared as a soloist with symphony, chamber, and folk orchestras throughout the country.
In addition to his performing career, Denys Panchenko is widely recognized as one of Ukraine’s most prominent guitar composers. A laureate of international composition competitions, his works are frequently performed at festivals and competitions both in Ukraine and abroad, earning acclaim from audiences and fellow musicians alike.
Denys presents a program of guitar music featuring both classical works as well as his own compositions.
