Building the Vancouver Guitar Scene

The Vancouver Classic Guitar Society (VCGS) Ambassador Program aims to promote growth and success in the  careers of up-and-coming classical guitarists in the greater Vancouver area. Simultaneously, we aim to advise venues and public spaces of the protocol on hiring musicians for events, thus building the presence of the guitar community in Vancouver. 
Performers will have the chance to entertain and educate their audiences with diverse concert programs and topical speaking points on their music. 
Through this organization, young artists will gain valuable professional experience in developing and performing full concert programs and experienced performers can continue honing their craft in new environments.
