Concert Tickets
Final Round: October 6 & 7, 2017 at Roy Barnett Recital Hall
The 2017 Vancouver International Music Competition will be holding the final round of the competition on October 6-7, 2017 at Roy Barnett Recital Hall in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada (map). Purchasing one final round ticket is admission for all the final round concerts taking place at Roy Barnett Recital Hall. This will include a total of nine concerts for each of the categories as follows:
- Piano Category (Junior Talent, Young Artists, and Artists)
- Strings Category (Junior Talent, Young Artists, and Artists)
- Vocal Category (Junior Talent, Young Artists, and Artists)
Seating is general admission. One ticket can be used for any of the nine final round concerts. The approximate length for each concert is two hours. Due to the length of the competition concerts and in order to respect a quiet space for competitors and jury members the audience age is restricted to age 4 years and above. Audience members are asked to please be considerate to competition competitors and consider leaving young children at home if they are unable to sit through a two-hour concert. Noisy audience members may be asked to leave the concert hall. All concert attendees including children must purchase a ticket for admittance.
