Fifth year in a row Vancouver Kiwanis Music Festival welcomes classical guitar students. This year the festival dates for guitar are April 15 and 16. Vancouver Guitar Society provides scholarships for the best performers in Junior, Intermediate and Advanced divisions. The registration deadline is January 23rd, 2014 – don’t miss this opportunity! Richmond Music Festival registration for November 2013 is now open! Classical guitar for the second year is a part of this Festival. Vancouver Classic Guitar Society supports Richmond Music Festival and announces different awards, including medals, trophies and scholarships for the best guitar students in different age categories.
